Concept design and planning for a mixed use scheme adjacent to the 2nd ring road in the east of Chengdu.

 

The mixed use scheme incorporated office, retail, residential and hotel uses with a total building area of over 400,000sqm.  The key aspect of the project was that, through the design, we were able to convince the local planning authorities to increase the overall plot ratio to 7.7 therefore allowing the client more area to build making the overall scheme more commercially appealing.
