SAN SHUI MASTERPLAN

Comprehensive concept masterplan design in Foshan, Guangzhou in cooperation with Singapore Mass Rapid Transit (SMRT) who are the leading multi-modal public transport operator in Singapore.

 

With a site area of 2.2 sq km the project plans to build an ecological city using the principals of a Transit Oriented Development.  These principals included encouraging people to walk to and from the LRT station, and placing shopping, parks, residential and office buildings close to the transportation hub to increase the enjoyment of green travel. The T.O.D. zone includes a town plaza, various transportation hubs (combines LRT, bus station and parking space) and there are pedestrian bridges and roads linking the centre with green corridors and with other commercial bands.
