EAST VILLAGE HOPSCA

Concept design architect and master planning for this extensive 66-hectare/100 Mu site incorporating residential, commercial, retail, hotel and serviced apartments as well as landscaped public realms.

 

The total building area of over 360,000sqm was part of a new city quarter development designed around a strategic masterplan for a new zero-carbon neutral community, with a masterplan focused on a single market sector, with a business district as its catalytic core. Each mini-community has graded densities of accommodation with a single common theme: to be car free and pedestrian encouraging whenever possible.
